During the pandemic, people were earning lots of KrisFlyer miles through their transactions on the ground, but not spending them as there were no flights to book. The brand wanted to encourage members to redeem miles for miles—of experiences. They launched their social pages with the promise of making miles, miles better.

The launch of their social pages was kicked off with The Million Mile Check-in, a social campaign that garnered over 120,000 interactions across Instagram and Facebook in just 4 weeks.
